Services

EACH APPLIANCE IS WARRANTIED FOR SAID TIME (refer to "warranty" box above) from the date of purchase at the address shown on the sales receipt. Warranty service is limited to parts and labor necessary to repair the unit by Smart Appliance Solution approved technicians. Service to locations within the service area (addresses include on AAA Colorado's Denver Map 2018 Edition) will be performed at no charge. Addresses out of the service area will be subject to either the service provider's customary trip charge or carry-in only. Smart Appliance Solutions reserves the right to issue store credit for the purchase in lieu of repair. Warranty services are NOT APPLICABLE to drain or fill hoses, electrical cords, light bulbs, filters, installed ice makers, location's plumbing and electric issues, damages during delivery or installation, commercial use, alterations, misuse, fire, acts of nature, or improper maintenance. Smart Appliance Solutions is not responsible for any inconvenience, food or clothing loss, refurbishing, or expenses incurred, and no other warranty is expressed or implied unless modified and revised in "Other Comments" below. Schedule service for problems not related to the appliance will result in a customary trip and service charge. Some common issues are improper installation, home electrical or plumbing matters, kinked dryer vent hose, improper control settings and obstructed air flow on refrigerators.

*All returns (if approved by Smart Appliance Solutions) are subject to a 50% restock fee.
